Returns Policy
Refunds or exchanges will be considered if proof is given that the product is faulty at the time of delivery or if the incorrect product has been delivered. Returns or refunds will not be considered if a customer changes their mind. Please note that wine is a perishable product and Tibooburra Wines will not accept responsibility for wines that have been spoiled as a result of inappropriate storage.
Shipping Policy
Our wine can be delivered Australia-wide by our regular shipping agent or Australia Post.
Delivery incurs a cost additional to the list price of the wine, and varies depending on destination as per our Shopping Cart. Delivery times vary but can be expected in 2 to 5 business days. If an order has not been received within 7 days, please contact: info@solitudeestate.com.au
